Do the coaches have a restroom?

Yes, our 57 passenger, sleeper and VIP coaches have one.

What features are on the coach?

All our coaches come equipped with TV monitors, DVD player, reclining seats,
foot rests, individual reading lights, PA system and overhead area for carry-ons.

Are drinks and food allowed on the coaches?

Yes, groups can bring food and drink on the coach.

Is a deposit required and if so, how much and when?

Yes, there is a 15% deposit due two weeks after booking your trip with us.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due two weeks prior to the departure of your trip.
If booked with less than two weeks payment is due at booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

              If cancelled prior to two weeks out we retain the deposit amount.
              If cancelled within two weeks prior to the trip departing we retain 75%
              of the cost of the charter. If a trip is rescheduled we will transfer it to
              the rescheduled trip.

How long can drivers be on duty?

Drivers can be on duty 15 hours, but can only drive for 10 of those hours.

Can you smoke on the coaches?

No. All our coaches our non-smoking.

When do I need to book my trip?

              You can book your trip as soon as you know you are needing a coach.
              There are some times during the year you should book early, as we
              are extremely busy.
